 Job Title:  Executive Director

Hours Worked:  Full-time position. The director's schedule must be flexible to accommodate responsibilities.

Responsible To:  Owner

Job Summary:  The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and administration all programs within their service area (s), including budget, licensing, strategic evaluation and planning, administrative staff development, and supervision of Support Coordination Supervisors.

Qualifications: The Executive Director must be at least 18 years of age, a mental retardation professional according to federal guidelines, have a Master’s degree in human services field, or experience comparable to one of the above, as determined by the Owner.  Must have good decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, flexible and have management experience.  4-5 years prior supervisory experience in employment, individualized, residential, or vocational programs/facilities for individuals with developmental disabilities is desired.
